Please read all the terms below carefully before using this platform. This document forms a binding agreement between you and f9bd.
1. Introduction & Definitions
f9bd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") operates a secure and reliable online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between f9bd and you ("User", "Member" or "you").
By registering on this platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.
Key Definitions
- Account: Your personal gaming profile created by registering on f9bd.
- Balance: The total of all funds deposited and bonuses accumulated in your account.
- Bonus: Additional credits granted as a promotional offer, withdrawable subject to meeting specified conditions.
- Wagering Requirement: The amount that must be wagered before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
- Services: All gaming, betting, and related features provided by f9bd.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
f9bd's services are open only to individuals aged 21 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. We may request an identity document or other proof for age verification at any time. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.
2.2 Registration Conditions
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
2.3 Verification Process
f9bd follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security and prevent money laundering. We may verify your national identity card, mobile number, or other documents. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawals being temporarily placed on hold.
3. Account Management
3.1 Account Security
Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. f9bd is not liable for any account compromise resulting from your negligence rather than an error on f9bd's part.
3.2 Account Closure & Suspension
f9bd reserves the right to close or suspend any account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Any breach of these terms and conditions
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities
- Providing false information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Money laundering or any other unlawful activity
You may also request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any valid balance will be returned in accordance with our standard procedures.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
An account may be declared inactive if there has been no login or transaction for twelve consecutive months. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts, but the balance will never be reduced below zero.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
f9bd currently accepts transactions via three popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank). Payments through any method other than these three are not accepted.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
Transactions below the stated amounts will not be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, under special circumstances (verification processes, high traffic), this may take slightly longer.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:
- Your account is fully verified
- The wagering requirement related to any bonus funds has been met
- The deposit method and withdrawal method are registered to the same mobile number
- The requested amount does not exceed your available balance
4.5 Deposit Rejection
f9bd reserves the right to reject any deposit request on suspicion of fraud or for other security-related reasons. In the case of a rejected transaction, the relevant funds will be returned to their original source.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳26,000 or more qualifies for the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, resulting in a total balance of ৳41,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a set validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become cashable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts belonging to the same person, address, or device is strictly prohibited.
- f9bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- In any dispute regarding a bonus, f9bd's decision will be considered final.
5.4 VIP Program
f9bd's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Members can be promoted to a higher tier based on consistent active participation and gaming activity.
6. Gameplay & Prohibited Conduct
6.1 Fair Play Policy
f9bd is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and equal-opportunity gaming environment for all members. Our games are powered by certified software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and are regularly tested and verified.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on f9bd and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Playing games using software bots, scripts, or automated programs
- Exploiting any technical glitch or bug in a game and claiming the associated winnings
- Sharing an account or balance with other members
- Creating multiple accounts under false identities
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
- Harassing or behaving abusively toward other members
6.3 Technical Errors
Any abnormal outcome resulting from a technical error, server outage, or software issue may be declared void. In such situations, f9bd's decision is final.
6.4 Special Conditions for Sports Betting
In sports betting, users may place bets on various cricket and football events. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
f9bd places the highest importance on the privacy of your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of this agreement and applies concurrently.
7.1 Data Collection
We collect the necessary information for the purpose of providing services, verifying accounts, and ensuring security. This includes name, mobile number, transaction history, and device information.
7.2 Data Use
Collected information is used to operate services, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve service quality. Personal information is not sold to third parties without your consent.
7.3 SSL Security
f9bd uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and data transfers secure. Our platform operates in a safe and encrypted environment.
8. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
f9bd strives to ensure uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unavoidable reasons. f9bd will not accept liability for any financial loss in such circumstances.
9.2 Third-Party Services
Our platform uses third-party game software and payment gateways. f9bd is not directly responsible for any disruptions or issues with these third-party services, but we will always assist in resolving problems.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will f9bd's maximum liability exceed the total amount you have deposited in the past 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9.4 Winnings Claims
If an unusually large win occurs due to a technical error in a game, f9bd reserves the right to review it and, if necessary, void it. In such cases, the deposited amount will be refunded.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Complaint Submission Process

10.2 Internal Resolution

10.3 Final Decision
On matters relating to technical issues, game results, and bonus disputes, f9bd's decision is final. The English version of these terms applies to all matters if there is any discrepancy between the Bengali and English versions.
11. Changes to Terms
f9bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. We will publish a notice on the platform for any significant changes.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the revised terms. It is therefore recommended that you revisit this page regularly to stay updated.
